Returns and refunds
Don’t like what you bought? Read on for how to return your purchase for a refund.  If you’ve recently made a purchase through the Tinylittle Games Store and want a refund, you’re in the right place. Below you’ll find all the info on what you can refund, when you can refund, and how to begin the process.
• Any game top up that have been credited is final.
• If customer have entered the wrong login credentials/player id to top up, once the order is delivered, no refunds can be given.
• Bonus top up is given by the game authority, no refunds can be given if bonus top up is not credited to your account.
• Tinylittle shall not be liable for any gift cards or other digital goods that has been stolen,misplaced or misused without authorisation. For the avoidance of doubt, Tinylittle shall not be obliged to enquire or verify at the redemption of the Gift Card, if such Gift Card has been properly obtained.

To be eligible for a return:

1.Unauthorized charged on your credit/debit card, or any other payment methods and your order must not be delivered
2.We are unable to fulfill your order due to the lack of stock or unable to deliver your items due to the item is not available anymore.
3.To complete your return, please contact our Customer Support Live-Chat or through email to [email protected] We require a receipt or proof of purchase in Tinylittle for the payment to be refunded.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
1.If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your payment accounts again.
2.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

General Closes:
• In the event of canceling the purchase process, please note that the amount will be returned to the user’s account within a period of up to 30 working days.
• Payments will be refunded if approved, considering the real exchange rate applicable at the time of executing the return, which may be lower than the rate applied at the time the order was created.
• Transfer fees and performance commissions cannot be refunded in any way. The most recent version of this Agreement will be posted on the Site, by continuing of use, user will be undertaking to be reviewing and accepting all updates that may occur on any term of this Agreement.
